We''re looking for a Head of Manufacturing to lead our awesome team.As Head of Manufacturing, you will be responsible for technical leadership of Hoxton Farms'' bioprocessing programme, including bioreactor design, process development and large-scale production.Reporting to the CEO, you will use your deep technical expertise to supervise development of large-scale operations, plan project roadmaps and define the long-term strategic direction of our bioprocess RandD and production. At every step, you''ll coordinate with our upstream RandD and food programmes to produce high quality cultivated fat at pilot scale and meet our technical milestones before series B and beyond.Hoxton Farms is growing quickly as we scale up our pilot manufacturing facility in London and build plans for large-scale manufacturing in the UK and overseas. This is an opportunity to lead a talented, enthusiastic and diverse team while playing a huge role in shaping the future of the biomanufacturing industry.You should be a highly experienced leader with a proven track record of hiring scientists, managing projects and developing strategy in a commercial setting.The role is based full-time in person at our HQ in London.
