HGV Paint Technician Loughbourough Our client, a prestigious Truck and Bus manufacturer and dealer, is seeking for a HGV Paint Technician to join their team. The ideal candidate will be preparing and spraying large commercial vehicles to an exceptional standard and will work in a fast-paced environment and be responsible for producing high-quality paint finishes on a variety of commercial vehicles, ensuring durability and long-lasting results. Role: HGV Paint Technician Hours: Monday to Thursday 8am - 4:30pm; Friday 8am to 3:30pm Location: Loughborough Key responsibilities: Perform surface preparation, masking, priming, and painting of commercial vehicles. Mix and match paint to ensure colour accuracy and consistency. Inspect and identify defects in painted surfaces, making necessary corrections. Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring all equipment is in optimal working condition. Adhere to safety protocols and use personal protective equipment (PPE) as required. Collaborate with other team members to meet production goals and deadlines Requirements: You will possess a City and Guilds or equivalent Proven experience as a Commercial Vehicle Paint Sprayer or similar role. Have experience within HGV or PSV coach building Solid understanding of painting techniques, equipment, and materials. Ability to match colours and achieve desired finishes.
