You will work within the Learning Resource Centre, supporting children across the Foundation Phase and Key Stage 2 (KS2). This full-time, long-term position operates during standard school hours, from 8:30am to 3:30pm.Key Responsibilities Provide tailored support to children with Additional Learning Needs (ALN) across various areas of learning.Assist learners both individually and in small groups to enhance their educational experience.Maintain excellent classroom management to foster a positive and productive learning environment.Collaborate effectively with teaching staff and other professionals to support pupil development.
