Job Title: Deputy Manager - Residential Mental Health Service Location: Melton Place Salary: Up to 46,314 DOE Hours: Full-time Job Purpose To support the Registered Manager in the effective day-to-day running of the residential service, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, safe, and person-centred care. The post holder will provide strong clinical leadership, maintain compliance with regulatory standards, and contribute to the overall performance and development of the service.
