This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced HGV Driver (C+E) to become part of a forward-thinking business within the agricultural and feed distribution sector.The HGV Driver (C+E) will play a key role in ensuring the safe, efficient, and customer-focused delivery and collection of products and raw materials, while maintaining full compliance with all transport, food safety, and health and safety regulations.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform all duties with constant regard for Health and Safety, ensuring the safety of yourself, colleagues, customers, and other road users.Deliver company products to customer premises as scheduled by the transport planner, ensuring all customer requirements and biosecurity standards are met.Collect raw materials from farms, ports, and stores as directed by the transport team.Conduct daily vehicle and trailer checks to ensure roadworthiness and compliance with all legal standards.Report any vehicle defects promptly and record details accurately in the defect log.Weigh vehicles in and out on the weighbridge using the M-Tech system to ensure accurate loading in line with customer ..... full job details .....
