Description As the Compliance Manager for Electrical and Lifts, you will: Be the named responsible person for your service areas, making sure we remain compliant and meet our regulatory and legislative responsibilitiesDevelop technical guidance, training, and support for your service areas, and risk management for colleagues across the businessManage external consultants, contractors, and specialists, making sure work is delivered in budget and on timeAnalyse feedback to make sure work is carried out in accordance with agreed service standards, legislation, and contract documentsEscalate, investigate, and resolve examples of non-compliance, working collaboratively across the business and with external teamsSupport the Head of Property Compliance in identifying, assessing, and governing landlord compliance riskCarry out quality control inspections, both directly and with specialist consultantsChair contractor performance meetings and monitor performance against ..... full job details .....
