We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Level 3 Early Years Practitioner to join one of the beautiful nursery settings in the Winchester area. You will be providing high-quality learning, development, and care for children aged 0-5 years. You will play a key role in creating a safe, engaging environment and building strong partnerships with parents and carers.Responsibilities

Plan and deliver activities in line with the EYFS frameworkAct as a Key Worker for assigned childrenMaintain accurate records and ensure safeguarding procedures are followedSupport children with SEND in collaboration with the SENCOMentor apprentices and traineesCommunicate effectively with children, parents, and external agenciesRequirements
