Responsibilities

Deputy General Manager to help lead the front-of-house team and uphold the restaurants high standardsWork closely with the General Manager to oversee the smooth running of daily operations in a busy, award-winning restaurantLead, mentor, and inspire a passionate team, ensuring service excellence at all timesDeliver the highest levels of guest experience, creating lasting impressions in line with the restaurant’s prestigious reputationDrive performance, maintain standards, and contribute to the continued success of this landmark venueDemonstrate experience as a manager in fine dining or luxury hospitality
