If that sounds like you, why not join us? We are seeking an Independent Living Co-ordinator to deliver a dedicated, customer-focused service within our Independent Living Schemes. In this role, you will support customers to sustain their tenancies, maintain their independence in their own homes, and actively encourage customer engagement. As the Independent Living Co-ordinator, you will provide a visible, on-site presence across the schemes, acting as a customer advocate and playing a key role in the effective management of communal health and safety. You will carry out general building management and compliance checks, maintain accurate and timely scheme records on the CRM system, and monitor the quality of contractors delivering services on site, including grounds maintenance, cleaning, and laundry services. You will also support new and prospective customers by arranging and conducting property viewings, explaining available services and facilities, and helping new residents to settle into their homes.
