Location: Hereford
Salary: -40,000 - -50,000
Shifts: Monday to Friday - flexitime
Commutable from: Worcester, Redditch, Kidderminster, Droitwich, Bromsgrove, Pershore

Company Overview:
An established manufacturing business delivering engineered products and technical solutions to a variety of industrial customers.

Role & Responsibilities:
* Manage engineering projects from planning through to production release, ensuring timelines and milestones are met.
* Coordinate cross-functional teams across engineering, operations, quality, and supply chain.
* Lead New Product Introduction (NPI) activities and engineering change processes.
* Act as the technical interface with customers, providing project updates and resolving issues.
* Maintain project documentation and ensure compliance with internal procedures and quality standards.

Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
* Experience managing engineering projects within a manufacturing or technical production environment.
* Knowledge of NPI processes and engineering change management.
* Ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications, and engineering documentation.
* Strong organisational and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.
* Qualification in an Engineering or Technical discipline.
* Full UK Driving License.
