Graduate Site Manager
Location: Leeds City Centre
Salary: -28-30K
Responsibilities:
- Manage daily site operations, including coordinating with contractors, suppliers, and team members.
- Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations and quality control measures.
- Collaborate with the project team, including design professionals and engineers, to meet project specifications and requirements.
- Maintain accurate site documentation, including permits, drawings, and project schedules.
- Monitor progress, resolve any issues, and report to senior management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor''s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of construction processes, materials, and techniques.
- Enthusiasm for learning and professional development.
- Eligibility to work in the UK.
- Willingness to travel and work away from Home
