Credit Controller / Sales Ledger Clerk (Part-Time) Location: Kings Hill, Kent (occasional travel to other Kent sites) Salary: 35,000 pro rata Working Pattern: Part-time - 3 or 4 days per weekThe Role We are excited to be recruiting for an exciting opportunity for a proactive and organised Credit Controller / Sales Ledger Clerk to join a growing finance function based in Kings Hill, Kent. This is a dynamic and varied role where you will take ownership of the sales ledger and credit control processes across other businesses within the group, giving you real exposure and the chance to make a positive impact.This position would suit an experienced credit professional who is confident managing end-to-end accounts receivable and enjoys building strong working relationships with customers and internal teams.Key ResponsibilitiesManaging the full sales ledger function across multiple entitiesProactive credit control, including chasing outstanding debt via phone and emailRaising invoices and credit notes accurately and in a timely mannerCash allocation and account reconciliationsResolving invoice queries and liaising with internal departmentsProducing aged debt reports and supporting month-end processesIdentifying process improvements and supporting efficient AR proceduresAbout YouPrevious experience within credit control and/or sales ledgerConfident communicator with strong negotiation and relationship-building skillsAble to manage a high-volume ledger and prioritise workload ..... full job details .....
