Alma Personnel are pleased to announce we are currently working with our Wolverhampton based client to recruit for a Sales Manager to join their team on a full time, permanent basis.

This is a 42.5 hour working week with the hours of work being Mon-Fri 10am-7pm, Sat 10am-6pm, Sun 10am-4pm. You will be working 5 out of 7 days so you MUST be happy working some weekends.-

The salary for this role is -35k basic, -70k OTE.

The duties of a Sales Manager:-

• Lead a team of Business Managers
• Manage a pipeline of finance leads
• Provide advice on finance products-
• Identify opportunities to enhance revenue
• Convert a high volume of inbound and outbound enquiries into appointments-
• Liaise with internal departments-

A full UK Manual Driving Licence is-essential-for this role.
