Overview

As part of our continued growth, we’re actively seeking to bolster our technical delivery capacity and are in search of a skilled Senior Architect to join our team. The right individual will have the opportunity to lead and work on a variety of projects.About you

You should demonstrate ambition and enthusiasm for success, along with a readiness to serve as an ambassador for the business. The role entails overseeing project delivery from RIBA Stage 3 onwards, requiring a strong technical aptitude and the ability to adapt to challenging situations at a fast pace.The Role

You’ll be involved in a variety of projects across the commercial sector, supporting the Technical Director in project delivery. Your responsibilities will include:Collaborating effectively with colleagues to achieve optimal outcomes for both the business and clientsReceiving project briefs from Associates or Directors and independently developing technical solutions in accordance with the RIBA Plan of Work and the wider design teamProviding support and oversight for the delivery of projectsManaging and collaborating with clients and contractorsParticipating in and contributing to project and client meetingsEngaging in project reviews and coordination workshopsProducing compliant designs by adhering to UK Construction Law and British StandardsContributing to and assisting in the development of DB3’s design and technical expertiseRequirements

ARB registered Architect

with no less than 5 years post Part III qualification experienceA strong technical mindExtensive commercial sector experience, in particular in the delivery of high-end office fit-outsCapable of independently leading projects while also collaborating effectively within a teamProven track record of managing and successfully delivering projects to completionProficient in Revit and usage of common data environmentsBenefits
