Key Responsibilities Provide administrative and organisational support across teams, ensuring efficiency in daily operations. Coordinate and manage meeting schedules, diary bookings, and room arrangements. Take high-level, accurate minutes during formal meetings, ensuring clarity and timely circulation of documentation. Liaise effectively with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring excellent customer service. Support document preparation, correspondence, and record-keeping.
