Location: Sittingbourne - Bicknor
Hours: Monday to Friday

VARIOUS SHIFTS - 6am - 2pm, 6am - 6pm, 2pm - 10pm or 3pm - midnight
Type: Full-Time- Temp
Pay: 12.21ph

Are you reliable, hardworking, and looking to join a fast-paced production team? We are currently recruiting Production Operatives to support our growing manufacturing operation.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• You will need to be capable of lifting to 25kg and able to read, write and understand English as they will be weighing/measuring ingredient from a recipe card, and assisting with batching out finished product
• Operate and clean production machinery and hand tools
• Monitor the production/assembly line to ensure smooth running
• Carry out basic quality checks and report any issues
• Store goods and raw materials safely - forklift duties may be involved (if licensed)
• Report any machinery faults or production problems to Supervisors
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment
• Follow all health & safety and company production procedures

• A strong work ethic and commitment to punctuality
• Flexibility to work beyond 14:00 when required
• Ability to work well in a team and follow instructions
• Previous experience in a factory or warehouse environment is an advantage
