Business and Operations Support Manager

Location: John Savage Centre, Fencepiece Rd, Hainault IG6 2NB Interview Date: TBC Redbridge Music Service, part of Vision Redbridge Culture and Leisure, is seeking a highly organised and proactive Business and Operations Support Manager to play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth delivery of its day-to-day services. Working at the heart of a busy and creative hub, you will be responsible for supporting the administrative, financial, and operational functions of the service. This role involves working closely with the Music Services Senior Leadership Team and collaborating with wider teams and managers across Vision, as well as external stakeholders, requiring strong coordination, communication, and organisational skills. This is a unique opportunity to join a well-established and respected Music service that provides high-quality music education to children and adults across the borough. Your leadership and expertise will ensure that the systems and structures behind the scenes operate efficiently, allowing our teaching teams to focus on what they do best: inspiring the next generation of musicians.
