We are looking for a passionate shift supervisor with a high level of service knowledge, strong organisation, and eagerness to advance in beautiful surroundings with excellent fresh food and a comforting atmosphere. You will lead the team from the front by sharing your knowledge of service standards and building a strong relationship with the kitchen team to ensure the food served is of the highest standard. There is potential for growth. The starting salary can be increased depending on experience.

Responsibilities

Lead the team from the front and model high service standards.

Pass on knowledge of service standards to team members.

Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure high-quality food is served.

Support and develop team members to deliver excellent customer experiences.

Qualifications

Experience:

Required – experience in a similar setting is compulsory.

Languages:

English – Advanced.

Employment:

Full-time.

Salary:

£13 – £14 hourly.
