Working hours are 9.30 to 6.30 Monday to Thursday High performing advisers can work their own hours, subject to clearly laid out and achievable objectives. In addition to generating their own leads in house via a wide range of marketing initiatives including collaborations with household names within sport.What are they looking for?To be considered you must have a least 2 years phone-based life and protection sales experience. You will have worked with leads generated via the web and will be able to demonstrate that you can maximise the potential of each lead provided via a consultative sales approach.RewardsStarting salary is based on previous performance and can be reviewed twice yearly.
