As an Estimator, you will be responsible for overseeing all commercial aspects of our ongoing projects, ensuring that all works are being completed on budget. What''s in it for you? Prior experience as a Quantity Surveyor in interior fit-out projects. A degree in Quantity Surveying Ideally, a RICS/CIOB Membership Strong understanding of materials, pricing and contracts (JCT/NEC) Key Responsibilities: Prepare detailed cost estimates and tender submissions Manage project budgets, contracts, and variations Collaborate with design and PM teams Negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors Monitor costs, forecast spend, and ensure profitability.
