The Role

As Restaurant Manager, you''ll take full responsibility for the day-to-day running of this newly opened store, leading and motivating your team to deliver outstanding service in a fast-paced environment. You''ll ensure operational standards are met at all times, drive sales performance and manage costs effectively, while maintaining a positive and energetic workplace culture. The Person

You may be an Assistant Manager looking for the opportunity to run a restaurant or already be in a similar role with experience gained in a fast-paced, quick service restaurant (QSR) with a sizeable team. Most important is your ability to inspire a team, deliver results and thrive under pressure.
