Job Title: HR Data Analyst - SC Location: Reading (1-2 days/week on site/Hybrid) Contract Duration: 6 months Daily Rate: £31.50/hr (Umbrella - Maximum) IR35 Status: Inside IR35 Security Clearance: SC Top 3 Evaluation Criteria Strong analytical skills with confidence working with metrics Experience in an HR or HR operations environment with exposure to HR data and systems (Workday, Oracle, SAP, SuccessFactors, iTrent, or similar). Good communication skills with the ability to present data clearly to Team as requested. Essential: Experience in an HR or HR operations environment with exposure to HR data and systems (Workday, Oracle, SAP, SuccessFactors, iTrent, or similar). Strong analytical skills with confidence working with metrics Excellent Excel skills. Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion. Good communication skills with the ability to present data clearly to Team. No external presentations required Can articulate to non-tech stakeholders. Articulation of data as requested, eg burn down, MI, graphs, quality reviews, and audit. Experience improving processes or supporting HR system enhancements. Attention to detail Problem solving Planning and organisation Desirable: Experience creating dashboards (Power BI is a plus). Experience working in a secure, government or regulated environment.
