Role Overview: To fulfil the Residential Conveyancer role successfully, you will be responsible for managing a diverse caseload of approximately 80 residential matters. These cases will primarily involve sale, purchase, freehold, and leasehold files, with additional responsibilities including remortgage, new builds and transfer of equity cases.This is a full-time, permanent position offering a competitive salary, hybrid working arrangements after a 4-week settling-in period, and the option to work fully remote for the right candidate.
