Lathe Operative

-1415 per hour dependent upon experience, weekly pay

Leeds, LS27

Full time, Monday to Friday 7:30am - 4pm (40 hours per week)-

Concept Recruitment are delighted to be working with our client based in Morley to recruit a Lathe Operative on a temporary to permanent basis.-

You will be required to carry out the following:

• Workshop tasks for all areas of business as instructed by Workshop Supervisor.
• Engineering tasks such as: reboring, milling, blade tensioning, countersinking.-
• Maintenance or repairs of various types of equipment following relevant procedures.
• Ensure good housekeeping within the workshop at all times.
• A good understanding of Health and Safety guidelines within a workshop environment.-

Your duties will include:

• Re-tipping, tension and modification on all blade types.
• Brazing by hand and using a range of of automatic brazing machines.
• Grinding machines and tensioning machines, lathes and boring machines.-
