As Technical Manager, you''ll take ownership of food safety standards and technical compliance across a diverse portfolio of products. This is a pivotal hands-on role, ensuring that raw materials and manufacturing partners meet rigorous internal and regulatory standards across key global regions.

You''ll play a key role in:
* Ensuring ingredient safety through rigorous spec and documentation review
* Leading food regulatory compliance projects across the UK and international markets
* Resolving supplier non-conformances and implementing corrective actions
* Supporting site-based quality improvements and supplier development
* Collaborating with NPD, Procurement, and Supply Chain to de-risk ingredients and drive quality
* Supporting audits for third-party certifications

What You''ll Need;
