Interim HR Manager 12 Month FTC (with potential to become permanent) Nottingham (Onsite) Up to £42,000 Full Time (Monday to Friday typically 8am - 4pm with flexibility) SF Partners are exclusively supporting a well-established, owner-managed business in their search for an Interim HR Manager. With around c250 employees over 10 UK sites, this organisation operates within a predominantly blue collar environment, supported by a head office team. With excellent staff retention, long-serving employees, and pay rates above industry norms, the business has built a loyal workforce and strong reputation within its sector. This is a standalone HR role, offering the opportunity to take ownership of the people agenda while supporting the business through an exciting period of transformation and growth. Reporting directly into the leadership team, you will be responsible for all aspects of HR across the business. This is a hands-on position that requires a pragmatic and resilient HR professional who is comfortable operating independently and influencing stakeholders across all levels. Alongside managing day-to-day HR activity, you will play a key role in delivering elements of the company''s wider transformation plan, helping to modernise people processes and strengthen the HR function.
