Shift Maintenance Engineer (FMCG) -SUPERB OPPORTUNITY Training and unlimited progression Salary: £44,000 - £49,000 + £1200 Bonus OTE: £55,000 Location: Aylesbury A world renowned food manufacturer based in Aylesbury are currently recruiting for a multi-skilled shift engineer (Electrical or Mechanical Bias) to join their current team. The business is growing massively, despite the current worldwide situation and the growth doesn''t seem like it is slowing down anytime soon. With large profits over the past 12-months, the investment into the engineering team has nearly doubled and the company are able to offer extensive internal training, many progression opportunities for maintenance engineers and the option to move into a project role. This position will require the successful candidate to perform both planned and reactive maintenance on the production line, mostly dealing with electrical faults although there is a requirement to assist with mechanical maintenance, so the need to be multi-skilled is essential. You will be working on a rotating days and nights shift pattern, with each shift being 12-hours.
