and assist in leading our premium dining offerings.Key Responsibilities:

Assist Leadership:Support Head Chefs in managing a matchday dining operation with 13 outlets.Champion a culture focused on quality, team development, and health and safety.

Health and Safety:Maintain high standards of hygiene and safety.Implement company processes for hygiene, recording, stock management, and wastage control.Ensure compliance with food safety standards and UK law.

Operational Excellence:Oversee food production and operational delivery of all premium restaurants.Ensure consistent and exceptional product quality.Manage stock, including ordering, usage, wastage, and waste recording.Conduct regular checks on fridge/freezer temperatures, food probing, and hot holding.

Guest Focus:Drive a guest-focused culture with an in-depth knowledge of hospitality standards.Foster effective communication between front and back of house teams.

Compliance:Ensure food hygiene, COSHH, and due diligence systems are always complied with.Be aware of accident reporting, maintenance fault reporting, and fire policies.

Qualifications:

Experience in a similar environment.Positive and passionate focus on food and hospitality.Strong communication skills.Calm, resilient, and problem-solving abilities.Willingness to work evenings and weekends.Full awareness of allergen and calorie procedures.Why Join Us?
