Graduate Ops and Accounts Assistant
GRADUATE OPPORTUNITY Operations and Accounts Assistant required to join small and friendly team in Kew (Richmond) office.Monday - Thursday, 9am-5:30pm. Friday, 9am-5pm.You will predominantly provide accounts and administrative support.Your key responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):Sales and purchase ledger dutiesPrepare creditor payment runs bi-monthly for all companiesUpdate and set up new customer and supplier accounts in Sage / Quickbooks/ EQS/ CRMExport and upload of sales and purchase invoices across our systemsTake credit/ debit card payments online and control direct debit functionsSending statements, credit control and debtors reportsCollate, bank and record all BACS payments/ ChequesMonthly billing for our self storage facilityUpdating and collecting PO''s monthly for client rental contractsCreation and termination of self-storage rental contracts for our storage facilityEmail and phone contact with customers and suppliers regarding accounts and bookingqueriesGeneral office administrative tasks; ordering stationary, gas + electricity contracts etcYour ideal skillsets and core behaviours:A minimum of 2 years'' experience working in a similar roleA good knowledge of Xero and Quickbooks (not essential)Excellent IT skills and computer literacy (Microsoft Office/ Excel/ Databases)Reliable, self-motivated and can work as part of a teamExcellent attention to detail and high levels of accuracy and organisationGood time management skills, with the ability to ..... full job details .....
