Job Title: Service Engineer Compressed Air Based out of clients Suffolk location Starting Salary Depending on Skills and Experience. Thereafter, reviewed periodically and dependant on company performance. Bonus Scheme Share of 1% compressor parts and pipefittings sold between engineers, paid quarterly in arrears after 6 months successful probationary period to allow for time to become fully operational. Discretionary Bonuses From time to time, you may receive a discretionary company / team performance bonus depending on Company Performance. Company year end is 30th June each year. Candidate Profile: Our client is seeking a suitable candidate with mechanical engineering experience , from the likes of working in factories on maintenance or maintenance of farm equipment, vehicles etc, someone who can take a machine apart, take an engine out or identify a motor fault. We really need a minimum of a level 2 qualification in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, ideally with some electrical diagnostic skills as well, which would be a real advantage.
