The Role This is a hands-on role for a specialist in garden construction. You will be responsible for the "built" elements of our projects, ensuring every slab, wall, and joint is finished to an award-winning standard.Key Responsibilities: Paving and Tiling: Expert installation of natural stone, porcelain, and concrete paving. Brickwork and Walling: Constructing retaining walls, decorative brickwork, and rendering. Timber Work: Building high-quality fencing, decking, pergolas, and bespoke structures. Groundworks: Accurate site preparation, setting levels, drainage, and sub-base installation. Collaboration: Working closely with the Site Supervisor and designers to follow technical drawings and specifications. Site Care: Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe working environment.
