This a role for an experienced Café General Manager looking for a platform to deliver exceptional attention to detail and provide expertise in promoting the Café with innovative ideas and further footfall.Key Responsibilities and Duties:

Effectively manage a large team whilst running front of house

Maintain high catering standards.

Serve guests food and drinks and check on their satisfaction

Train new team members in company standards, customer service, and job duties

Connect with customers and develop strong relationships to encourage repeat visitation

Motivate, guide, and mentor team members to exceed goals and creates a positive environment during shifts

Effectively manage a large team whilst running front of house.

Involvement in all catering recruitment.

Dealing with customer enquiries.

General housekeeping within the complete restaurant area.

Key Skills and Competencies:

Previous experience managing a large team

Previous experience working with in the hospitality industry

Excellent customer service skills

Good verbal and written English communication skills are essential as well as eligibility to work in the UK.

Good personal appearance and hygiene.
