You''ll play a key role in driving a strong safety culture, supporting compliance, and helping the site meet its environmental and sustainability goals.Working alongside the EHS Leader, you''ll engage with all departments across the site - from engineering and manufacturing to office-based teams - providing expert advice, coaching, and practical support on all aspects of health, safety, and environmental management.Key responsibilities:Carrying out EHS inspections, risk assessments, and audits across the facilitySupporting day-to-day site safety operations and contractor managementDelivering safety inductions, toolbox talks, and awareness sessionsAssisting with accident, near-miss, and root cause investigationsHelping maintain compliance with UK legislation, including DSEAR, COSHH, PUWER, and LOLERPromoting safe working practices and continuous improvement in line with company EHS standardsContributing to environmental initiatives such as energy efficiency and GHG reductionWhat you''ll bring:NEBOSH General Certificate (or working towards)Experience in an engineering, manufacturing, or industrial settingA solid understanding of UK EHS requirements and practical applicationExcellent communication and coaching ..... full job details .....
