We''re looking for a Finishing Manager to join a residential apartment scheme in Sutton Coldfield. The role involves managing plots from mis-coat through to client snag and handover, ensuring high-quality finishes and smooth delivery.

Key Requirements:

• Experience in finishing roles on apartment or similar residential schemes

• Strong attention to detail and quality control

• Confident managing snagging, trades, and final-stage handovers

• Procore experience preferred

• Comfortable working with clients and project teams
