This consultancy is highly regarded for their expertise in dilapidations and refurbishments, which form the core of their workload, along with some quantity surveying services. With an impressive client base ranging from national retail brands to smaller private projects, you''ll benefit from a diverse and engaging workload. As part of their five-year growth strategy, they are now seeking a Senior Building Surveyor to strengthen their Milton Keynes office and play a key part in its ongoing success.

In this position, you''ll take on a client-facing role with early responsibility, delivering a range of projects across dilapidations and refurbishments. You''ll be attending site surveys, preparing detailed reports, and managing projects through to completion, all while enjoying the flexibility of hybrid working. The varied workload means every day will be different and engaging.

The ideal candidate will bring proven experience in delivering dilapidations and refurbishment projects, with the confidence to manage assignments independently. Strong communication and relationship-building skills will be essential, along with a full UK driving licence.

The Role:

• Deliver projects focused on dilapidations and refurbishments

• Undertake site surveys and prepare clear, high-quality reports

• Meet with clients and develop long-term relationships

• Blend of office, home, and site-based work across the Milton Keynes region

• Contribute to the company''s growth plans through excellent project delivery

The Person:

• Degree-qualified in Building Surveying, ideally MRICS or working towards

• Demonstrable experience managing projects independently

• Strong knowledge and background in dilapidations and refurbishment work

• Able to work confidently with both occupied and vacant properties

• Based within reach of Milton Keynes and happy to travel across the area

• Full UK driving licence
