The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out high-quality vehicle paint spraying and refinishing work, ensuring all repairs meet manufacturer and insurance standards. Key Responsibilities Preparing vehicles for paintwork, including masking and priming. Colour matching and mixing paints to ensure seamless repairs. Spraying vehicles to a high standard, maintaining attention to detail. Ensuring all work complies with health and safety and quality requirements. Working efficiently to meet deadlines while maintaining excellent workmanship. Requirements Previous experience as a Paint Sprayer in a bodyshop/accident repair environment. Strong knowledge of paint application techniques and materials. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
