This is a temporary position for a Legal Counsel to support a growing business. Client Details This company based in Berkshire provide a range of specialist services to clients across the world. Description The Legal Counsel position based in Berkshire will involve the following tasks: Negotiating and drafting commercial contracts in relation to both procurement functions and customer contractsDrafting and negotiating non-disclosure agreementsSupporting with legal, compliance and risk management tasksAdvising the business on the risks and opportunities these presentWorking closely with a range of internal and external key stakeholdersSupporting with company secretarial matters including filings at Companies HouseAssist with any IP related matters where required Profile The successful candidate for the Legal Counsel position should have the following skills and experience: Be a qualified solicitor or hold an equivalent qualificationHave previous in-house experience of managing commercial contractsExceptional drafting and negotiation skills for legal documents and contractsAbility to manage multiple priorities and deadlinesExcellent communication skills Job Offer This is an interim position for at least 3 months.
