Role DescriptionThis is a part-time on-site role which may evolve into a permanent role as the business grows. Located in Nailsworth. As a Retail and Events Assistant, your daily tasks will include assisting customers with their wine purchases, managing inventory, organizing and executing events, and providing excellent customer service. You will also be responsible for maintaining the store’s presentation and ensuring smooth operations during events.
Qualifications
Customer Service and Communication skills
Event Planning and Event Management skills
Strong Organization Skills
Ability to work independently and within a team
Passion for wine and related industry knowledge is a plus
Flexibility to work weekends and evenings as required
