Registered Manager Solo Placement Children s Home (East London) Location: East London Salary: £50,000 £60,000 per annum Contract: Full-time Permanent An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Registered Manager to lead a solo placement children s home in East London. This role is ideal for a strong, hands-on leader who is passionate about delivering high-quality, child-centred care and achieving positive outcomes through excellent leadership and regulatory compliance. The Role As Registered Manager, you will have full responsibility for the day-to-day operation of the home, ensuring a safe, nurturing and stable environment for a young person with complex needs. You will be accountable for compliance with Ofsted requirements and the Children s Homes (England) Regulations 2015, while promoting best practice across all areas of care delivery.
