Principal People are working with a well-renowned healthcare organisation who are looking for a Operations and Relation Manager to support multiple sites over the next 6 months in one of their East London regions and this role is to facilitate the integration and engagement of existing and prospective tenants and provide day-to-day management of the sites.Key Responsibilities: Site visits Act as the main point of contact for tenant liaison and coordination Supporting management teams Promote positive working relationships and integration amongst tenants Dealing with day to day queries from site occupiers Working on soft/hard facilities issues Making sure any action points are closed out Report writing on site activities / issues What We re Looking For: IOSH Managing Safely ideally Have experience within facilities based roles Ideally hold experience within NHS / Public Sector Be happy to work a part time position (3 days per week) Be happy to work a multisite position Be a strong communicator able to liaise at all levels with strong customer services skills.
