MPR Site Services are currently supporting a leading commercial refurbishment & fit out company on a construction project in Manchester.

We are looking for an experienced Quality Manager-with a strong background in internal refurbishment and fit out projects.

Internal refurbishment creating new workspaces and hotel.

Main duties:-

• Ensuring contractual, legal and safety standards are met.-
• Implementing quality management plans.-
• Conducting site inspections.-
• Managing compliance.-
• Resolving defects.-
• Managing subcontractor performance.-
• Performing internal audits.
• Act as liaison with client and contractors.
• Defect management and snagging.

This will be a long term project.-

Rates of pay DOE.-
