The Role: Reporting to the Head of Divisional Finance Engagement, this is a pivotal finance role for the Retail division as it supports and oversees the finance business partnering activities to the Retail Director and the Retail Leadership Team (RLT). You will lead a team of finance business partners including providing insights, financial oversight and financial guidance on strategic short- and long-term planning to support decision making and the achievement of the division s operational objectives. This role also provides oversight and financial advice for large transformation projects and investment decision-making, working closely with other teams across Oxfam, such as the Transformation and project teams, on business cases and providing oversight for the financial results of these projects after going live.
