Spencer Clarke Group are seeking a ASB Officer for a Local Authority Client in North London.In this role, you will lead the resolution of complex anti-social behaviour and neighbour disputes, supporting residents and working with partners to create safer, stronger communities. Duties:Manage and resolve complex ASB and neighbour dispute cases.Provide expert advice and support to colleagues on ASB policies and procedures.Work with residents, Council teams, and partner agencies to prevent and address ASB.Maintain accurate records, reports, and performance data to ensure effective service delivery. Qualifications and Experience:The successful candidate will have the following skills / experience:Experience managing anti-social behaviour (ASB) cases, including investigation and enforcement.Background in providing excellent customer service in a housing or public sector environment.Knowledge of safeguarding and supporting vulnerable residents.Experience working collaboratively with colleagues, Council teams, and external partners.
