Arrange sub-contract and supplier packages, including take-offs, and liaise with sub-contractors and suppliers to address queries. Organise and carry out site visits, communicating with clients, colleagues, and suppliers. Evaluate cost factors, such as production time, materials, equipment, and labour expenses, to optimise profitability.
