This is a senior, client-facing leadership role - perfect for someone who thrives at the intersection of technical innovation, business strategy, and delivery excellence. From shaping deals and crafting solution roadmaps to mentoring delivery teams and leading Agentic AI and data platform engagements, this role is about creating real impact — at scale.As an Architect within our Data and AI practice, you\''ll deliver Agentic AI and data platform solutions and services that make transformative change and deliver high value business outcomes. You\''ll engage in solutioning through gaining deep insight into our customers challenges and needs, taking responsibility for the technical design and solution for large scale analytical solutions. You’ll provide guidance and technical leadership to teams of data and AI engineers whilst building relationships with our clients to become a trusted advisor.Responsibilities

Deliver Agentic AI and data platform solutions and services that drive transformative change and high-value business outcomes.Engage in solutioning by gaining deep insight into customer challenges and needs; take responsibility for technical design and solution for large-scale analytical projects.Provide guidance and technical leadership to teams of data and AI engineers and build trusted advisor relationships with clients.Shape deals, craft solution roadmaps, and lead architectural decisions across client engagements.Mentor delivery teams and lead Agentic AI and data platform engagements, delivering scalable, responsible solutions.Qualifications and Skills

Excellent working knowledge of GenAI / Agentic AI, Microsoft Fabric and/ or Databricks.Awareness of channels to market and how to work in a Microsoft and partner ecosystem to ensure Customer Success.High energy with the ability to help clients understand the fast-moving Data and AI industry, product and service evolution.Experience creating technical visions, high-level architectures, and delivery roadmaps for large programs involving modern data platform concepts and scaling AI across enterprises.Capability in creating design artifacts and presenting them for approval at architectural forums attended by multi-disciplined stakeholders from engineering to senior client executives.In-depth understanding of modern Data and AI capabilities (structured and unstructured data analysis, streaming data, IoT, AI, GenAI and related analytics).Experience designing and delivering large-scale Data Platform solutions using Lakehouse, Data Mesh, Fabric, Cloud Scale Analytics, etc., with attention to performance, security, and reliability.Comfortable actively engaging and leading sales and business development opportunities with clients.About You

You are passionate about tech and engaging with and advising clients.Advanced degree in a quantitative field or equivalent combination of education and experience.Proven success in consultative/complex technical sales and deployment projects, architecture, design, and implementation of highly distributed applications.Extensive experience architecting cloud solutions for data estate workloads in large enterprise accounts.Strong communication skills with the ability to orchestrate, lead, and influence remote teams and present to senior stakeholders.Consultative, collaborative, relationship-builder; resilient, adaptable, flexible; humble leader and strong negotiator.What You’ll Do

As an architect on client projects, provide technical leadership, shape deals and propositions, drive architectural decisions, create plans and roadmaps, and produce design artifacts.Play a key role in the sales process by shaping high-level design, estimates, and contractual details for proposals in collaboration with subject matter experts.Mentor junior colleagues and motivate teams across the organization.Translate complex technical concepts into easy-to-understand language and value-based outcomes for senior business stakeholders, technology leaders, and internal sales teams.Engage early with clients, partners and sales teams to support origination, requirements capture, solutioning, and deal qualification; prepare and present solutions in deal reviews and client negotiations.Collaborate with Data and AI leadership to shape offerings, accelerators, and IP to support GTM activities.Drive evolving best practices for AI development, including data management, model training, fine-tuning, and deployment; stay abreast of AI and data tech advancements and incorporate relevant innovations into solutions.Learn more
