We need an Operations Manager who wants to grow with us.What this actually means day to dayEvery site open every day. Every manager clear on what is expected. Nothing serious left unresolved.You will review trading data, build and implement process, and have the conversations that need having. You will also take on line management of our in-house maintenance function, which means knowing what is broken across the estate, monitoring our internal ticketing hub, assigning the right person to fix it, and making sure nothing falls through the gaps.Some of what you own:All store managers, their development, performance and accountabilityLabour percentages, staffing and rota oversightFood safety, compliance and EHO readiness across the estateMaintenance coordination, hub-logged repair requests, engineer callouts and equipment ..... full job details .....
