They are now looking for a high-performing individual to lead the acquisition of new intermediary and partner relationships and drive significant revenue growth. The RoleAs Head of Intermediaries and Partnerships, you will be responsible for winning, developing and scaling new partnerships across the UK and Ireland.Your focus will be on identifying and converting new opportunities through:Insurance brokers and networksEmployee benefits consultantsCorporate partners and introducersTrade associations and affinity groups This is a front-line, commercially driven role where success is measured on pipeline creation, deal conversion and revenue generation. Day to DayIdentify, target and secure new intermediary and partnership opportunitiesLead high-value pitches, negotiations and commercial discussionsBuild and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified opportunitiesDeliver a minimum of 6 face-to-face meetings per weekDrive proactive outbound activity to generate new businessDevelop compelling commercial propositions ..... full job details .....
