Seeking a CAPEX Project Manager for flawless project delivery.Key responsibilities: Drive project planning and controls by developing detailed schedules, cost forecasts, and resource plans. Deliver real insights through weekly cost, schedule, and resource performance analysis, with actions that make a difference. Ensure strong governance with accurate reporting, robust cost structures, and detailed asset capitalisation. Craft budgeting and cash flow by improving forecasting and aligning CAPEX plans with strategic objectives. Champion continuous improvement by using LEAN principles to solve problems at the root.Key requirements: 5+ years'' experience in CAPEX project control within pharma, biotech, or advanced engineering. Degree or equivalent experience in Engineering, Finance, or a related field (AACE, PMP certification is a plus). Proven expertise in SAP Project Systems, advanced Excel, and WBS/CBS methods.
