As Legal Counsel, you’ll be a key member of a dynamic commercial legal team, providing dedicated support to the public sector business unit. You’ll work closely with stakeholders across the organisation to deliver practical, commercially focused legal advice and help shape strategic outcomes.Key Responsibilities

Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements (MSAs, RFPs, licensing, data processing, etc.)Support contract negotiations with public sector clients and partnersAdvise on privacy and data protection matters (UK GDPR)Ensure compliance with public sector frameworks and procurement processesContribute to strategic projects including MandA, AI-related legal issues, and supplier agreementsWhat We’re Looking For

UK-qualified solicitor (or equivalent) with 3–5 years’ post-qualification experienceStrong background in commercial contracts and public sector frameworksSolid understanding of data protection obligationsExcellent communication, collaboration, and time-management skillsA proactive, solutions-focused mindset and a team-first attitudeBonus Points For
