OverviewHere at Blueprint Recruitment, we are seeking an experienced Revit Technician to join a leading structural engineering company, in a permanent position. Within this role, you will be required to work on a hybrid basis from our client''s London office, 3 days a week, in which you will be responsible for the creation of Revit drawings for a variety of refurbishment projects, as an active member of a skilled and experience team.

Salary: Competitive salary ranging from £40,000-£55,000 (depending on experience). Benefits include company pension scheme, generous annual leave, and ongoing career development opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

Produce detailed Revit models and drawings for a variety of residential scheme projects, and the occasional basement refurbishment.

Work alongside engineers and designers to ensure drawings are accurate, high-quality, and compliant with project standards, regulations, and client specifications.

Maintain Revit families and project designs and templates, ensuring they remain in compliance with company standards.

Participate in clash detection and coordination using tools like Navisworks.

Collaborate with Architects, Civil Engineers, and other disciplines.

What we are looking for

Extensive experience within this role, at a senior level with 5+ years of experience, and proficient understanding of Revit.

Bachelor''s degree in engineering or relevant field.

Prior experience working on refurbishment projects.

Solid understanding of BIM is desirable.

Strong communication skills, with the ability to meet limited deadline, manage on-going tasks concurrently, and collaborate effectively.

Strong understanding of industry standards.
